Remove Screenshare Notification for Hangouts™ is a free Chrome add-on developed by Master. It is designed to remove the green notification bar that appears at the top of Google Hangout windows when screensharing with someone. This add-on allows users to have a cleaner and less distracting Hangouts experience.
With Remove Screenshare Notification for Hangouts™, users can still choose to stop sharing their screen by clicking the screenshare icon located in the left side panel of the Hangouts window. This add-on provides a simple and effective solution for those who find the notification bar to be visually unappealing or obstructive.
It is worth noting that if users encounter a black bar at the bottom of the screen while using this add-on, they can easily fix it by resizing the Hangouts window in any direction.
